This is frustrating. Today marks the 14th day of my slow connection to streamyx.

I've called the (don't)careline, and the situation still has not improved. I can connect no problem. However, attempts for any thing other than ping resulted in very s l o w transfer.

Seeing is believing? Well, see the screencast I did on Saturday night

Anyone have any ideas on what went wrong? Is it me? streamyx? the infrastructure?

How to solve Streamyx problems

I use streamyx at home and office. I got so fedup with them, calling / complaining to the service centre were always met with the usual standard polite response.
Here's how to get quick solution : Call up the CEO of TMnet directly !! Call Tel: 83188 172 , ask for Mr Michael Lai, CEO of Tmnet.

Message to TmNet : Don't take us for a ride !!

but did you really talk to to michael lai?

i did email him, but no response.

things are back to normal now (after 28 days)

and i've put up an email for a rebate. but they prorate the days.

can we claim for time lost and pressure felt? also the call charge to the (don't)care line?
